A well-established Alaskan promotional products company is seeking an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join its team. They are looking for someone adept at problem resolution to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables.
Their ideal "someone" has the acumen and track record to manage multiple projects while meeting project expectations and deadlines. This position works closely to support an experienced sales team and serves as the primary liaison between vendors and sales team, and interfaces with clients.

Would you like to:
- Prepare quotes, process and track orders, and review proofs
- Prepare basic artwork and layout
- Assist with basic accounting functions; open mail, generate invoices and process customer payments
- Generate various reports, and conduct research to support current and future marketing initiatives
- Greet office visitors, to receive and direct vendor and customer calls, and to address as needed
- Coordinate and participate in vendor meetings
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned to assist sales team
Ideally you have:
- 2 years of documented relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Track record showing ability to manage multiple projects while meeting and/or exceeding project requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and adept at problem resolution
- Fully computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Experience with Illustrator, and various digital platforms preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to professionally represent the company. Must be reliable and professional in demeanor.
