Would you like to:
- Establish connections with clients and key individuals
- Work with your team to develop and implement plans to meet clients’ needs
- Develop long-term client relationships
- Address and resolve client issues promptly
- Maintain a high level of service to clients
- Assist in promoting and maintaining a positive corporate image
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, administration, financial advisors) to address clients’ needs
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Organize and schedule meetings, send reminders, etc
Ideally you have:
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Google Suite of products
- Basic understanding of math and numbers
- Intuition about client needs
- Experience with customer service or sales
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships, as well strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good comprehension of client relationship management
- Client-first attitude
- Strategic thinking capability
