Would you like to:
- Organize and oversee the schedules and work of assigned staff
- Provide department orientation and coordinate training of new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations with Clinical Director
- Coordinate discipline and termination of employees as required
- Measure productivity by analyzing performance and financial data, and activity reports
- Assist with departmental budget preparation
- Reviews staffing model and recommendations to support clinical goals
- Coordinate with HR, finance and logistics to ensure successful production operations
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or MBA preferred
- Certification via Medical Group Managers, or similar, preferred
- At least five years of related experience, two of which should be in a supervisory role
- Strong managerial and supervisory skills
- Ability to interpret financial data to set production goals
- Proficiency in the use of computers and various software platforms
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA standards
