The Alaska Chamber will host its annual Legislative Fly-In on January 25-26 in Juneau, Alaska. A member-exclusive event, the Fly-In takes its Chamber members to meet with the Legislature on issues and projects affecting Alaska business. Interact with members of the Alaska State Legislature and the governor's administration and present the policy positions adopted by the chamber membership as well as issues that are personally affecting your business. Every Member who attends makes a difference.

Registration Process
Sign up by Friday, December 16 at the early-bird price of $195 and save. After Friday, December 16, prices go up to $225. Space is limited.

Cancelation Information:
Cancelation Policy
All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed after the event. No refunds will be granted after Friday, January 8. A refund processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.

Hotel Information
The Alaska Chamber has partnered with the Goldbelt Hotel Juneau and the Westmark Baranof Hotel to provide our 2017 Legislative Fly-In attendees with a special rate while in Juneau. Each participant is responsible for completing their own booking/reservation process.

To take advantage of special rates at Avis Alaska, visit Avis online here; and follow these directions to receive your discount: 1) Once you have accessed the Corporate Reservations page, type AKCHAMBER in the Corporate Rate ID box. After you have entered the specifics for your rental, you will be granted access to your rates by clicking on show rates. 2) Choose the vehicle you wish reserve, and enter all pertinent contact information on this page. Your reservation will be finalized by clicking on submit reservation.
Airfare Information
Alaska Airlines is pleased to offer attendees of the Alaska Chamber's 2017 Legislative Fly-In a 7% discount off all published fares between Juneau and any Alaska Airlines intra-Alaska city. To take advantage of your discount, go to alaskaair.com, click on "Use Discount Code", enter your origin/destination city and travel dates, enter Discount Code ECMJ141 and click on "Find Flights." All eligible flights will display for you to choose from. Or by calling the Alaska Airlines Group and Meetings Desk at 1 (800) 445-4435 and reference ID number MJ141. There is no booking fee when booking on AlaskaAir.com, however, a $15 ticketing fee will apply for bookings made by calling into the Group Desk. Valid travel dates are January 22 through January 29, 2017.
