2018 Alaska Chamber Community Outreach Trip

The Alaska Chamber's 2018 Community Outreach Trip will be in Valdez, Alaska on June 12-14, 2018. Designed to help build and strengthen relationships, the Chamber's outreach trip brings together members of the local business community and business leaders from across the state in a fun, educational and productive environment. The relationships formed and the information exchanged during our outreach trips are key as we advocate for sound business policies for all Alaska.

Cancellation Policy:
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by Friday, May 11, 2018. No refunds will be granted after Friday, May 11, 2018. A refund processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.

Lodging and Travel Information:
Each participant is responsible for completing their own lodging and airfare reservation. The Alaska Chamber has official partnerships with the following service providers to offer participants the best rates and customer service in booking their travel to and from Anchorage, Alaska.

Lodging Information
The Alaska Chamber has contracted with the Totem Hotel & Suites for 2018 Community Outreach Trip participants. Attendees qualify for a 20% discount through Monday, June 4, 2018. As our trip is during peak months, room rates range from $179 to $239 per night plus tax. Each attendee is responsible for completing their own booking/reservation process and will be held individually for any and all charges. To make reservations, call the Totem Hotel & Suites toll free at 1(888) 808-4431 and indicate you are with the "Alaska Chamber."

Airfare Information
Ravn Alaska is pleased to offer Alaska Chamber of Community Outreach attendees a 10% discount off any published fares; valid between any destination and Valdez. Travel is directional. Valid travel dates: June 10 through 16, 2018. To book, view Ravn Alaska's booking instructions here.
