The Alaska Chamber's 2019 Fall Forum will be held in Girdwood, Alaska on October 28-30 at The Hotel Alyeska. Our largest event of the year, the Chamber will highlight issues of statewide importance, set its policy agenda, and recognize outstanding individuals and business members for their accomplishments and contributions they make to our statewide economy.

Cancelation Policy:
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be processed after the event. A refund processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be granted after Friday, September 27.

Hotel Information
The Hotel Alyeska is offering Alaska Chamber 2019 Fall Forum attendees a special rate of $103 for deluxe rooms now through Friday, September 27. The special group rate is NET non-commissionable and does not include lodging tax, currently at 12%. There is a fee of $25 per room for triple occupancy and $50 per room for quad occupancy. In addition to the special group rate and tax, in order to provide guests with a higher level of service, a $10 per day resort service fee will be charged to each guest folio. To make an individual reservation, call (907) 754-2111 or 1 (800) 880-3880 and indicate you are with the "Alaska Chamber Fall Forum." Or you may complete your reservation online here.

Airfare Information
Alaska Airlines is offering Alaska Chamber 2019 Fall Forum attendees a 7% discount off all published fares (except companion and other promotional fares). To take advantage of your discount, go to alaskaair.com click on "Use discount or companion fare code," enter your origin/destination city and dates, enter Discount Code ECMC675 and click on "Find Flights." All eligible flights will display for you to choose from. Valid travel dates are October 25-November 1.

Ground Transportation

Anchorage to Girdwood - Guests of The Hotel Alyeska receive a special rate with Four Seasons Transportation Group. Vans and sedans are available 24 hours a day seven days a week. Rates start at $90 one-way. Reservations must be made in advance. Please email the Concierge team at guestservices@alyeskaresort.com for more information and to make reservations.

Getting around Girdwood - Glacier Valley Transit (GTV) provides free public transportation in and around the Resort and the town of Girdwood. The GVT bus schedule is available at The Hotel Alyeska Front Desk and Concierge, and all Alyeska Ticket Office locations.
