The Alaska Chamber's 2020 Community Outreach Trip will be in Cordova, Alaska on June 3 - 5, 2020. Designed to help build and strengthen relationships, the Chamber's outreach trip brings together members of the local business community and business leaders from across the state in a fun, educational and productive environment. The relationships formed and the information exchanged during our outreach trips are key as we advocate for sound business policies for all Alaska.

In the the Community Outreach Trip is canceled due to impacts from the current COVID19 pandemic, the Alaska Chamber will refund registration fees in full.
All requests for refunds event must be made in writing and received by Monday, May 18, 2020. No refunds will be granted after Wednesday, May 20, 2019. A refund processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.
Lodging and Travel Information:
Each participant is responsible for completing their own lodging reservation. The Alaska Chamber has official partnerships with the following service providers to offer participants the best rates and customer service in booking their travel to and from Anchorage, Alaska.
The Reluctant Fisherman Inn is offering 2020 Community Outreach participants a block of 27 rooms. Harbor View Rooms are available at $198 per night plus tax and are available June 2 - June 5, 2020; Mountain view rooms are available at $179 per night plus tax and are available June 3 - June 5, 2020. There are a limited number of double rooms available in the block, please plan to book early if you require a double room. Each attendee is responsible for completing their own booking/reservation process and will be held individually for any and all charges. There are once daily flights to and from Cordova from both Anchorage and Seattle through Alaska Airlines. Alaska Airlines has provided a discount code for our Members attending the 2020 Community Outreach Trip, the discount code is available for travel between May 31st, 2020 - June 13th, 2020.

Copper River Nouveau:
Bonus day option: On June 6th, the Prince William Sound Science Center is holding their annual awards reception benefit gala in Cordova. Hosted in June each year, Copper River Nouveau is the region’s premier dining experience and fundraiser. It’s a celebration of regional resilience, science, education, community, and wild salmon. It combines gourmet food with opportunities to meet important federal and regional elected leaders, scientists, educators, fishermen, and others dedicated to maintaining socioeconomic resilience among healthy ecosystems.
