Your day-to-day, in a nutshell:
The HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor to managers and employees, guiding performance, employee relations, and company policies, while ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role assists with resolving workplace issues thoughtfully and escalates complex matters as required, to balance fairness with organizational objectives and priorities.
The HR Business Partner has oversight of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, and guides managers through performance management, coaching, and professional development. They support programs in compensation, benefits, and employee engagement to strengthen teams and organizational culture.
Additionally, the HR Business Partner maintains accurate HR data, prepares reports, and analyzes workforce metrics to inform decisions and initiate process improvement. With a combination of hands-on support and strategic partnership, this role helps leaders build strong, high-performing teams, fostering a workplace where employees feel informed, empowered, and valued.

You need:
- Minimum five years of progressive Human Resource Generalist experience, including benefits administration and support, recruiting and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and high proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) maintenance and support
- Bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in Human Resources
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex analytical data in succinct formats for decision-making
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, & PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS (SAP preferred), computer-based performance appraisal systems, and applicant tracking systems
- System implementation, testing, and training skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to interact with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
- Presentation/public speaking experience
Preferred:
- PHR Certification or Equivalent.
