Full time hours Monday-Friday
Pay starting at $25/HR depending on experience

This role is primarily responsible for painting the interior/exteriors of homes as well as other common areas and community offices and buildings.
Knowledge of surface peculiarities, types of paint and sealants are required to be considered for this position.
Time management and the ability to work/meet deadlines is also required to be successful in this role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Painting interior and exterior of homes
- Apply texture to ceilings and walls using air texture applicator and hopper
- Ensure proper protection of unpainted surfaces/drop cloths, tarps, tape, masking, and paint shields.
- Maintain a vehicle inventory or paint equipment and supplies.
- Maintain all equipment in as clean and neat a condition as possible.
- Attend trainings, workshops, and meetings as position requires.
- Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to gain post access
- Background will be viewed
- Drug free work environment
