We are excited to invite applications for a detail-oriented receptionist to join a dedicated team at a local Fairbanks business office.

This role involves managing the front desk, warmly greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your contributions will ensure a positive first impression and seamless office operations.

 If you are organized, an effective communicator, and adept at multitasking, we genuinely look forward to hearing from you!

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Data entry/Excel spreadsheets
  • Other tasks as needed
 
Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with pay starting at $20/HR, depending on experience.
 
Minimum Required:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Excel
  • Must be proficient with 10 key
  • Must be able to manage a multi-line phone system
  • Background will be viewed
