Northern Industrial Training, LLC is an Alaska-owned vocational training school providing industry training and workforce solutions throughout the state. Founded in 2003, NIT has partnered with employers, government agencies, school districts, military organizations, and individuals to deliver practical, hands-on training that prepares students for real-world careers. As Alaska's workforce solution, NIT develops statewide and regional workforce plans and projections while providing consulting and industry-driven training.

Headquartered in Palmer, with additional training locations in Anchorage and Fairbanks, NIT offers training in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, welding, mechanics, construction, safety, professional development, and online learning.
